    Not that I really want to, but, where and what kinda eyes are y'all using???

    I do eyes, I powder coat, paint on eyes then bake, they need no clear coat when done. Oh the eyes are oil base paint.

    GrumpyLoomis, do you just free hand the eyes on with a brush?

    All you need is a cheap set of drill bits that have a flat end. Use the size for the size eye you want.

    Skip is absolutely correct. Being an old carpenter I use nail sets but any round object the size you want will work.

    I started with round toothpicks. If you're careful and roll the pic and cut with a razor or exacto you can lots of different sizes. Drills do work best though.

    Rob if your asking about 3d eyes I'm using 4 mm on 1/16 pill heads. If your flattening those round heads you made need to go a size smaller. The cheapest place to get them is on ebay out of china. It usually takes me a month to get them in though. You can spend a little more and find a seller here in the US and get them quicker, that's what I've been doing lately.
