I machined a jig that I could use in my vice to give consistent flat sides on round heads! I just couldn't see spending the money on a Jacobs mold that I could only use one side of!!!

Nice engineering but I'm trying to figure how it's getting flattened? I've always flattened mine with pliers.
I turned the jaws in my vice around so the smooth side is on the inside. The jig then goes between the jaws of the vice. I hold a jig head between the jaws and tighten the vice down, those two steel rods stop the vice at a certain point and flattens the jig head the same amount each and every time.

That's thinking outside the box. Nice job!
