    I have a 898 with SI and DI on it and I have a Helix 5 with DI on it. I put the helix on the trolling motor so I didn't want SI on it . The helix is a great unit and for the money you cant beat it. As for as for SI , I think it is worth every penny. Once you set it up right it will show you things you would have had to do allot of searching to find. Good luck and be safe

    Maybe you can help clarify.
    Current: helix5 on center console, lowrance elite 4 on ulterra.
    I don't think they installed the right transducer on the transom, I get no DI.
    I would like to switch them around, is the transducer on the ulterra all I need?

    Old Yankee you might need to ask this on the electronic thread on main page. There's some guys on there a lot smarter than us
