Thats what happens when you report your trips and let people know what day you are going. People will look for you. Sometimes you have to "fabricate" what ramp you are using, what end of the lake, ect ect to throw the lurkers off
Full day 1/2 day or evening Striper/Crappie fishing trips available at a very affordable price for
Lake Norman, Badin, Wateree, High Rock.
Individual maker of the heavy duty "hybrid" A-rig Trolls just like an umbrella rig, Guaranteed to put fish in the boat

Good job on the catch Tim. Glad you was able to find some for the other knot heads to force you out of.
I hate when that happens. Some people just have no respect anymore. Better luck with your next outing.
I'm out for 6 weeks or so with 3 cracked ribs.
Can't lift anything so no fishing for me.
Never had anything hurt this bad before.
    It hurts to breathe even.
Thank a Veteran every chance you get.

Hate to hear about those ribs! Been there and done that ... 3 times. Get a pillow to hung and hope you don't have to cough. Good luck and hope
you heal fast and can get back on the water. Springs coming fast.

I appreciate your reports on Wateree. I try to stay away from other boats, but especially in the spring on Wateree, it is crazy how they gang up on a productive place. I see people tight lining and cutting each other off, fishing up close and personal seems to be the norm for most of those guys. We used to fish down at Santee growing up backing stumps with cane poles and minners and back then had people that would literally fish the same stump if they saw you pulling in a fish. Like pigs at a feeding trough...So be careful it doesnt mess up your day, just know they are there and will come again...

Good job finding them this time of year is tough...:-)

thats how i am also, i will never come in on someone else productive fishing spot. Part is to much pride to figure the challenge of fishing myself, the other is i know how much time it takes to find these places. I spent half of friday and all of today just figuring out new areas i have never fished and marking spots with structure. I even caught a few crappie in the process. Found some spots where the main river channel runs close to shore and plateaus almost on shore and is still very deep with fallen timber. Looks like some good places to toss some jigs and tight line off the ledge. I do have some go pro footage from friday and alittle today i will post but will need alot of editing as i was fishing alone and coordinates on my depthfinder made it into the footage alot. I will post in the moderated fishing report forum in the next couple days, i am glad you like them.

It's about the same thing Tim.
I hope to be good enough in a few weeks to try it.
Still working, just lite duties for now.
Not supposed to lift over 5 lbs but 10 has not
    been to bad so far.
Crappies should be ok but them catfish and Stripers may give me a fit also bending to land one for someone else may hurt too.
I hope to be ready in about 3 weeks to fish some, and I'll let you know when I'm ready to try it.
    Thanks Tim
