Congratulations. Smart prioritizing. Fantastic choices. They both look awesome. Now if I may, how tall are your shop walls and how big is it? How did you get the floor looking so good? I will be building one soon. "D"

The enclosed area is 30x40, outside walls are 12'. I have one 10x20 door on the front end and a smaller 10' door on the back. The floor is sealed with a clear concrete finish, the same stuff they put on after an acid stain. I just chose not to stain it before and only applied the clear coat. The clear coat cost about $140.00 per five gallons. I used 10 gallons on this and another small project. You can roll it on or spray with a cheap hand pump sprayer, I sprayed. Put on 3 coats, when you spray it the layers are thicker and you will not have roller lines. The spray also leaves very slight dimpling after a couple coats, this causes your shoes to grip better so no slipping.
