It is a Blk/chart except the Chart is super bright. Bobby Garland is the baits that have the lights out name but several other brands have similar color combos. Southern Pro has had it in a 2" tube for years. Great color for the dirty water.

Go the Bobby Garland site and pick a bait. On the Baby Shad bait, Lights Out is shown as a laminated black over chartreuse...something that will be difficult to tie...as you would have to weave the body material. On the Slab Slayer page, it is as shown above---basically black with a chartreuse tail.
