More profit margin in pontoons than in crappie jigs ...

I actually enjoyed it although this was my first time attending!
Guess it does help that I have been contemplating a toon purchase![]()
Agree that it would have been nice to see more of a variety other than bass fishing supplies. Atleast there was a mix of items for the ones not interested in boating/outdoor activities.
Saved a few dollars on a yamaha lube kit and a decent fillet knife so I don't suppose it was a bust for me.
Not sure when you went, but today between 1pm and 5pm, there at least 10 to 12 aluminum boats, and several glass boats. 2 of the glass boats sold while we were there this afternoon.
I will agree that there were too many pontoons, but whatever floats their boat.

I entered from the second floor, took the elevator down to the first and started walking around. From where I was all I could see was Pontoons. So I went back up to the Mezzanine and looked down. From there I was all I could see was a few aluminum boats and they were the bigger Bay type boats.
As far as tackle there was Hi-Tek, The fishing rod repair guy, Southern Pro and one or two others.
I have all the tackle I need. I just need an inexpensive boat or to finish the one I have been working on for two years.
