There is a little Icon that says "insert image" when you mouse over it. I think there is a test thread somewhere for you to practice on. Welcome to the forum. Post your town in the location in case your neighbors are on CDC too.

You can change your "Setting" (upper right corner) to use the WYSIWYG editor which allows you to more quickly upload pics.

Go to: "Setting" (upper right corner)
Click on "General Settings" (left side, middle of My Settings box)
Go to bottom of page and select:

Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing

Then after you have changed your settings here is what you do ,go make a post......at the upper left of your post window there are some icons run your curser over them the square looking one should say Insert Image

    1. Click on Insert Image
    2.Click on Select File
3.This will take you to your computer files....go to your Picture files.
    4.Select your picture
    5. Click Open
    6.Click Upload File

I'm new and can't seam to find out how to post information I would like to know if anyone has ever put cedar trees under a boat dock with any success. I heard that it would run all the crappie on that dock off?

Not necessarily. I've caught fish around them .... both piled on the bottom underneath docks & hanging off the sides of docks. Some were still green, while others had been left to dry out & have the needles fall off, before being placed in the water. Now, these were true "Cedar" trees !!

I've even caught them from among the branches of fir trees that have spines coming off the branches (whatever kind of tree that is) and most of the leaves on it were still green.

I do think there are some types of these trees that put off some kind of scent that fish do not like ... at least I've heard that, from somewhere. But, true Cedar trees are used all over the place for brushpiles, or left standing when the lake is formed, and many a Crappie has been caught from around them.
