    Ive always thought so!!

    Every fish i cleaned from wateree yesterday was like this. Lots of the bigger ones had their gut full of 3-4 inch crappie...

    Dang, I didn't think striper would eat crappie....

    I think the fish and wildlife in general know well in advance of upcoming weather changes!! Probably before our well paid weathermen hahah

    Gotta be the barometric pressure changes. The fish must feel them under water

    My arthritis let's me know when the pressure is changing. Animals feel the changes coming too! As far as crappies go, they are in the food chain from fish to humans no matter the size. Just like shad, everything is after their butt!

    They say old dogs know of weather changes first, well I'm with Bigdawgg and it must be true because every inch of me is feeling it! LOL

    I do think fish can tell when a storm is coming and/or a front. From the looks of that pic stripers surely know.
