    19 ft G3. What size windsock? I was thinking 48"

    When/how will you be using the sock? Pulling cranks, drifting, ??

    I bought 2 48" for my boat and they are not big enough. I will be getting 2 72" before this spring .

    First off throw the recommended sizes chart in the garbage and get you a great big drift sock. One 78" would be a good start. You can fine tune your speed with the amount of rope you have out if you have enough sock to begin with. I have a Polar Kraft DeepV and it's not uncommon for me to have two of these out at the same time. That being said, I probably should have picked a better day to fish.
