    Default Thanks Marvin

As most of you know I usually fish "the Pitts" unless it's a tournament just for the simple fact it's easy and the fish are big don't have to deal with anyone else! Well Mr Marvin turned me on to a hot jigging bite and boy have I had a few good days catching them single poling a local public lake! These fish have been beat on hard (few boats a day in 1/4mile strip of cattails) so the grade of fish is getting smaller but they are still a ton on fun! Name: IMG_2566.jpg

    Nice mess !!
The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"

Thanks for update Nick - Need to run with you sometime to watch how expericened man - "single pole jigs"
Let me say this Ken Hamilton, Roger Riley, Jerry Fox are pretty good at it .....they work the "big K" pretty well.

NOTHING LIKE THAT "THUMB" WHEN THAT SLAP HITS THE JIG.

Glad you had a good time Nick. I know I did. My pleasure to share the place. Being retired and all I got to go 3 days in a row taking somebody new along each time. Nothing better than single pole jigging when the bite is hot.
