One of the great things about Georgia is the warm December afternoons. Everybody and their brother go after crappie in the spring, but usually you get the lake to yourself this time of year. Anytime we get a few warm winter days, I can usually find the fish moving shallow in the local farm pond. I caught 21 yesterday in a little under an hour, all on the float & fly.
