    We love our lake master card every where we have been except bay springs. It shows no contours. Navionics on my phone is really detailed for bay springs. I guess if we fish there very often I will get a Navionics card for the helix 12 which has 2 card slots.

    x2 here. I do the same on my iPad. Since my good unit was stolen and my backup is sonar only, I have been bringing it along as my primary gps in the boat. I have mine in a survivor case and it does fine. I just wipe the minner water off of it haha. I have been curious about the Navionics vs Lakemaster for Ross Barnett so this will be nice to check it out with out spending the money up front.

    The app is free, but the 1 yr subscription for EACH lake is crazy.
    Butla--20.00
    Enid, Sardis, Grenada--30.00 EACH.
    Eagle Lake-10.00
    Etc. etc.

    Daggum, I was thinking about getting this app, for that money it's to rich for my blood. Be nice to study on the pc or tablet, but not that nice ☺
