Im seeing the same things on both sides off the center line. Is my transducer mounted to high? Maybe hitting the motor?

This happened to me. Assuming the transducer is on the right side, the left beam is bouncing of the motor and showing data from right side of boat. I had to trim my motor up.
Rickie, if the left & right beams overlap why is there no interference? Gene & I were talking about this the other day.
