What a day! Geezer wind..... Water calm.....66*WT..... Fish very cooperative....bam!
A little fog to deal with for awhile, but not a problem..... Brought home 10 to clean for a ole buddy going thru a rough time right now..... He lost his leg about 6 months ago to diabetes and is just now getting around good..... He loved to fish and I hope to take him out day. Here's a few pics....I got lazy and didn't take many...
I thought this pig was 15".... But when I calmed down it was only 14.5..... But still got me heart racing!

Boy! you really know how to catch 'em, wish I was nearby to follow you around a bit. lol
I went yesterday, foggy, wt 66, a little chop not too bad. Only difference was, I only caught 8 and 7 were about 6" and one nice one.Tried spider rigging and longlining. the ones caught were on a black/chart.

I'm with ya Micah. It just never gets old. I've been chasing fish since I was 4 years old and my heart still gets going when things start happening. Sorry to hear about your bud, but ya done good Mister!! a few fish can really brighten someones day. I saw the glassy waters today and hoped someone was taking advantage of them. It's hard for me to concentrate when things are like that, and I have to pay attention. Hope everyone gets a chance to go soon, them lakes are HOT!!!

Nice one Mike, winds were great today, didn't do as good as you did. We kept 1 nice fish until we got back to the ramp and turn him loose.
