    Default Fried fish and green tomatoes


    Fried some nice filets Friday along with Green tomatoes from my garden. I picked a 5 gallon bucket full before the freeze Friday night. fried the fish in Panko bread crumbs for the 1st time. liked them a lot. Name:  fried fish and tomatoes.jpg

    Nest time try mixing some McCormicks mild taco seasoning with the Panko bread crumbs
