I will keep your friend in my prayers. A friend of mine had this surgery a couple weeks ago and he is doing fine. I will also pray for his salvation. God is Good!

Prayers for your friend Tom. May his valve job go extremely well and his recovery fast, so as he can be running on all cylinders again.

EXCELLENT NEWS!!! Spoke to Tom this morning and while he sounded a bit off, there was strength in his voice. I think he knew that if he didn't talk to me that his phone might blow up from me trying. He's up and walking and the docs talking about sending him home tomorrow. He was a step ahead of some in that he didn't have lots of other problems going on. No plaque clogging things up like is sometime the case.
I want to thank everyone for the prayers and concerns, also for the tips on what to expect and how to deal with it best. Once again the power of prayer has won over and another good man has a little longer to live. Thank you God for sparing one of the good friends I have. It was a big load lifted from my shoulders.
