    Knowing Don being a professional chef, I bet he's got a serious recipe for chorizo in those tacos. Never could master that myself. That there with some sliced avocados and pico de gallo would make me howl at the moon.

    Did not sound right to me until a couple summers ago. I eat them instead of the beef when I can.

    Look on the thread George started about the smoked crappie. Towards the end are fish taco's. Tell me you would not try that. Funny how we all different, I don't care for chicken on hard taco's, but love chicken fajita's.
