Starting to plan a trip, looking for recommendations, for both a guide and lodging. On the lake? Near the lake?
At the moment, the guide will be for a half day, for three people. For crappie.
Gonna bring a boat and do some fishing also.
Thanks in advance
Drinkin coffee, missin fish.
We've stayed several times at Whitetail Crossing Cabins. Nice place and basically mid lake. We normally launch at Lone Point. As far as a guide...hard to beat Birdman!
X2 for birdman.

Birdman without a doubt! Also might want to check out Coon Creek Lodge. I believe you may
be able to launch out of the Coon Creek Access area. Another place you may wish to check out is
Gregory's Resort. They have both a motel and cabins. Also close by to Lithia Springs for launching.

You may have a difficult time booking a guide for a half day. I know some offer four hour trips, but not all.
