Question If you could only have jigs in 6 colors . . .

I'm trying to decide which color jigs to focus on for tying. I know this question is dependent on many factors, water clarity, time of year, etc. BUT . . . if you could only choose six colors of jigs to fish with, what would they be? I'm in Louisiana if it matters.

Here's mine- body color followed by tail color
    Black/Chartreuse
    Blue/White
    Black/Blue
    Pink/Chartreuse
    Grey/Grey
    Red/White

Let's see. Math says 6*5*4*3*2*1=720 possible combinations, lol.

I'm a fly tyer not a jig tyer, so my perspective is a little different. I will almost always stick with the colors of camoflauge first: tan, brown, black and olive. To that I'd add something in the white/silver family, and blue/violet family. That covers all the basic forage that the fish will prey on.

    Who needs six?

Gimme chartreuse and white, and I'll do OK.

I would go with my spring and fall time jigs, 1/32 Roadrunner in these colors, but I do have a few more! These will fit most any water condition!
