Slide in a hour and a half of fishing before the rain started. It was 1 fish 2 fish move on. Caught 7, biggest was 1.6 lb. 1/32 jig, (BG) monkey milk. The pressure was dropping and temp was falling when I hit the water. The rain eventually ran me off, didn't have rain gear in the boat. Was able to tweak my electronics, been experimenting with my helix 9si. Any one else run one, I've been trying to tune to better see the shadows cast by the fish. I've started running a darker screen that helps a little, but main problem is, there is so much bait fish here.

Great quick catch. Glad you were able to play around with new electronics!

I agree on all the bait fish out there. I run a Helix 9 di on the front of my boat. I like it but am not good at seeing actual fish on it. Between the rain and cold weather looks like it may be a couple of weeks before I go again.

Hey I know exactly what that is. I worked as a mechanic for 43 years and have replaced many of those.
