Well can you believe it, had to use my counter today. :-) ... Looks like the rain put the bite on. Made it out from 12:30 - 2:30 shooting docks, fished up "A"creek channel. Water temp was 57.4. Found fish under my usual docks but in numbers and size. Fish ranged from 10-14 inch, all came on (BG) electric chicken, 1/32 oz , slow 5-6 count, only 3 thumps all the rest, just weight on the line. Hope they hold over night, plain on hitting them hard in morning. Was also told by buddy who lives around that area that a few boats have been catching some nice slabs in the channel there.
The voices in my tackle box are talking to me, and they won't shut until I go fishing...

Sounds like a nice day Cowboy. I have just returned from vacation and looking forward to my first trip.

I was wondering if you ever got hold of my buddy Wayne. He hasn't let me know anything.

Is the new launch ramp at Canoe Creek open and usable?
