Default Annual Buggs Island Thankgiving trip

Another Great trip! Our boat and another friends boat caught a total of 50 Stripers.....14 keepers from 24" to 29". Almost slick on Friday and blowing some on Saturday. All caught trolling Bucktails, shad bodies and a few on spoons in the Clarksville area. Fished hard for 2 days with some good friends, ate well and caught some good fish. Life is good! Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Very nice catch. Sounds like you had good weather and a good trip. It must be something about those Lund boats that simply attract fish.

Thanks Rick.....I agree and I'll take any help I can get with the boat, but I couldn't be happier with it. It was a little bumpy in the big water on Saturday, but actually it made it a little more interesting. After the wind picked up, all the "live baiters " left and we were basically out there by ourselves. All in all......a great trip.

Nice fish! I'm headed there Sunday so if you see a 16' aluminum v-hull trolling and it looks like they have no idea what they're doing, that'll be me!
