    Default A Chiefs win and fresh fish for dinner.


    Not only did my Chiefs eek another one out, but Perry also gave me four keeper crappie in about 1.5 hours. Using a 1-5/8" Tennessee Shad jig on a 1/16 oz head, fishing near the bottom in about 15 fow with a real slow reel in. Great way to end a great weekend!

    My best luck here has been near the bottom, in shallow water (10-15 ft), with dark lures - either wannabe minnows, or a dark jig with a chartreuse tail.
