Another fine fall day on Ross Barnett! I thought the good lord just didn't want me to fish today, dead boat batteries, truck wouldn't crank, set back after set back delayed my launch till about 11. Ran a couple miles from the launch and promptly fell and broke my seat..... Back to the launch I went. Did a little cursin then did a little praying, grabbed a folding chair out of the truck and went to work on 'em. 1 o'clock and lines finally in the water. Took me a few hours to put a pattern on them but ended the day with 20 or so. Caught two on minners and the rest on plain jigs. Black chartreuse was hot. I'll be out on them tomorrow through next week. Pictures to follow soon.

You done good!! Admire the perseverance a lot of folks would have given up and said fishing wasn't in the cards that day..![]()
Haha, when I go fishing I am going fishing! Btw, water temp was 65 and they were holding in 10-12fow on steep ledges with cover.

Gotta love the Rez, and your resolve.
Tuff start but you held it together. You were rewarded for your perseverance. Great report. Hope to be out there next week.
