Been a little while since I made it out, put a new sonar unit on the bow of the boat and hit the water about 8. Fish still seem pretty scattered, never found more than 3 keepers in any one spot. Had to work tonight, put it on the trailer a little after dinner with 17.

I put a Garmin Chirp Echomap 73dv up there, for the money a pretty solid little unit. I mainly rely on 2d at the bow but think I will like having Di up there too.
Hated to miss shindig, worked nights that weekend. Used last of my vacation for fall break. Intended to come for a little while in the afternoons after I got up but couldn't get out of bed.
