    Default Clarks Hill 10/26 & 10/27

I took a break from work and hunting this week and decided to fish. It didn't take long to find the fish. I caught a limit both days fishing over brush in 14' of water, using minnows about 5' down. The water temp was 67* Wednesday morning and 71* Thursday afternoon. I also caught several casting jigs. The only problem with fishing minnows was the small strippers taking the rods for a ride. In my opinion, this is the best time of the year to fish. NO BOAT TRAFFIC!

Nothing wrong with those 2 days of fishing. Do you mind saying what area you were in. Thanks for sharing.

Enjoyed your report and congrats on the two good days. Agree this is the best time of the year to fish all the way to next spring.

Your right it's time to be on the water. Things are picking up around here on Wylie. Thanks for your report, I appreciate it.
