Eldorado yesterday
Fished Eldorado yesterday from the turnpike bridge to the Marina Caught 2 big crappie and about 6 or 8 small 4 to 5 inch crappie. Bigger crappie all caught on a 1/8 oz black and yellow marabou jig about 8 ft deep in 12 FOW over brush. Ran to many electronics on the boat without starting my big motor to charge it and ended up with a dead battery so had to troll back to the marina. It was almost dark and half way back remembered I had left three markers out but decided not to go back and retrieve them so if some one finds them today there are 2 orange flat ones and a yellow dumb bell one. Water was as murky up north as it was by the marina hopefully it will start clearing up some. Water temp. averaged 64 degrees

That's a rough trip. I would suggest keeping some jumper cables in your boat; ya never know. mine have come in useful more than once. Thanks for the report and glad you made it in safely.

I was out on Eldo 10-21 trolling cranks for walleye. I will second the fact that the water was muddy. Ugly no matter where I went. Found quite a bit of bait on the E side of the lake. If the water will clear up some I think we might be in for some good fall fishing with the weather looking like its going to stay decent.
