    Default Good Day on Jordan

Me and my partner fished Jordan Lake today and had good luck Tightlining Minnows. Wound up with 36 keepers. I weighed the 10 biggest fish at 15 pounds. It was a very nice day on the Lake not fighting the wind. Just FYI the Farrington Boat Ramp was closed for paving and I don't know how long it will be closed.

That is a nice catch. I wish that I had more fish of that size in the lakes that I fish.

Sweet! I'm happy to see they are starting to turn on. I checked the NC Wildlife website and the ramp should be back open Saturday.

I bet you didn't have to travel far from the Seaforth ramp either. Nice catch!

Just get him on, then we'll worry about getting him in!

Great job. And look how neatly arranged those fish are for the pic. Fishing for crappie has been extremely good for several weeks now and the big ones continue to show up in greater numbers.
