    Man! I have missed being on the water. Took another friend for a few hours of longlining. We kept 5 threw one back and lost 3 at the boat. He was happy, and me too. All were 12"&13". Said he was going to cook dinner for his wife tonight Ahhh! It is Good to be back!Ahhh! It is Good to be back!

    Thanks everyone for the kind words!!

    Water temps were down to 77, was fishing 13' of water, trolling road runners with chart curly tails. Thinking it will only get better.

    The BEST part of the day was being able to get this" Big Bear' out on the water! lol Even though many years younger than I, he has some health problems. This was his first time fishing in 3 years, and he must have thanked me 20 times!! To see his grin and hear the excitement in his voice was " priceless".

    That's the most exciting and fulfilling thing for me! I get more enjoyment out of turning new or inexperienced people onto the outdoors than harvesting critters myself.
