    Default Mom's pond


    Well I went by mom and dad's yesterday and after tinkering with her bike for alot longer than we should have, we had a few minutes left before dark so I decided to see if I could talk some fish into biting. Well I could only talk one into biting, got a few other bites but no takers. I was going to throw him back, but mom said NO! That was supper! So I cleaned him and gave him to her, don't know what dad is going to do for supper! Caught on the same blk/chrt jig that Jlaughlin had made for me awhile back. Caught on a rod that I had won at the Darbonne gathering either last year or the year before. Only have one picture.

    Sorry about your Dad not getting supper but consider it you fault for not catching two. I'm sure he'll make out as I've never seen any shortage of food around you guys. That looks like a Duck Commander Double Touch rod. I love my 10 footer.

    Heck Gene, he was fishing too! So it's his fault he didn't catch his supper! lol Yes Gene, that was one of the 10 foot duck commander rods, I love it!

    That looks like a good fish. I have an eleven foot double touch Duck Commander and it has become my favorite go to pole.
