    Want to say thanks to skeeter96...he jumped into my boat and spent most of our fishing time showing me things on my humminbirds that I wasn't aware of. Yes we fished the dead sea like he said but for me very educational and wanted to say thanks....

    Everybody I've met or talked to from CDC has been really nice and very willing to share ideas and info. That's the biggest reason I try to post reports, no matter how boring they might seem to me, just in case it helps somebody.

    The more time you spend on the lake without a rod the more productive your time is with a rod. Had a good time just driving around the lake scanning today shortdraw. We'll have to do it again before the lake settles down and the fishing gets better. Looks like the lake had dropped about a foot since last weekend.
