When you see a boat described as "Skin out" what does that mean?

You may be thinking of "skint" if someone has it 'skint back' or 'skint out' its like full throttle all out

War chicken uses that term - they install sides and floor and cover in a thin vinyl material and call in skin out or somethijg similar
