    Default Supper

Not too many, not too few, but just right for supper tonight that is. Linda and I made another run to Turtle Bayou to try and learn more about it. The bite was off so everybody was saying. Found 1 boat that was catching a few little ones so we joined in on the fun and ended up with these five. A couple on the small side but they were hooked deeply and probably wouldn't have survived. They'll make some nice whole fryers.

Also the two largest ones had egg sacs starting to develop. I guess I should have added that they were all caught on a blue and white Wally Marshall Joker.

Met one of my nephews out there and they had 10 bass. Seems like the bass are biting pretty good, but I catch enough of them accidentally without trying to catch them on purpose.

Good mess of feeeesh Mr. Gene. I like them fryers from time to time, especially, when the bigguns don't want to cooperate. Congratulations!

I know what you mean paw paw. I use to chase them but then realized I would catch more of them while perch jerkin than when I would target them!
