    Had to start off the day hiding from the wind

    It took me a little bit to figure them out

    If it wasn't white it wouldn't get bit

    Water temp 77 9 foot deep in 14 fow

    They hit almost any bait I pulled on Cypress. Hotty Totty, Mad Cow, Splatter back, Viral Perch. Anything chartreuse and the Orange crush produced zero fish. Man was it rough out there. Had to head back in at 1:30. Both batteries dead from fighting the wind. They were still steadily biting when I pulled the plug. Lots of dinks today, but lots of good fish. Only non crappie caught was a two pound bass.
    A bad day fishing is better than a good day at work, unless you fish for a living.

    I fished Black B yesterday whole different set of variables. Mostly blacks and they some picky rascals
    I'm tryn cypress today.

    I caught most of mine in the same water but out on the points of the "racetrack". I've heard from several people now that they are doing well on jigs in Black Bayou.

    What's the "racetrack"? Is this an area on Cypress?
