Thread: Report: Chickamauga Lake crappie 10/05/16

I only had 3.5 hours to fish alone this AM, but it was a pretty good morning for me. I landed 13 keepers, lost the 14th keeper trying to lift into the boat. About 3 short crappie and no yellow bass today. Grin. I only fished with Bass Assassin Pro Tiny 2" Shad and the colors that I tried today were, Chicken on a Chain, Chartreuse Glow, and S&P Phantoms. These were fished on 1/16 oz jig heads. I actually fished about 4 docks this morning too, and caught my biggest two fish on docks. The remainder came off shore stumps and brush. No wind today, water temp was 77.2, and not a lot of current.

The Forgotten Child tournament out of CFP is this weekend and the fishing ought to be good. Grin.
