My trolling rods all have 15lb. Guess I'll stop using the light leaders. I'm going make some mounts to add to the rear so I can set my spider rigs back there for trolling and run eight rods out of the back. Seems like that'll be the easier way and let others in on the fun.
You've been such a huge help and I really appreciate all the tips. You definitely have a knack for it. And thanks again for the jigs. I wanted to give them a try today but was already struggling trying to pull these cranks. Hopefully I can get my nephew on a few fish tomorrow.

Even fish would stay out of trouble if they could just keep their mouth shut! Awesome catch btw, one of these days I will have to get over there and follow you around! Thanks for the pictures.

    Default Sunday Success

I took my nephew out there yesterday to pull some cranks. We hit our first hole and pulled out a quick ten, four dinks that we threw back. We had six in the box when we headed towards the beach. We found TGE there working them over pretty good. He said "Just get in line behind me and follow. They're right along this creek." That's just what we did. We fished it until we started pulling nothing but dinks, then went back to our first spot in some deeper water. Pulled a few more good ones out and lost several more good fish at the boat. Greg has been a huge help to me with trying my hand at pulling cranks and it has paid off. My nephew and I had a blast and ended up bringing home 19. We threw back eight or ten dinks and a lot of catfish. Thanks a ton again Greg for aiding our success!
