Glad you had a good day at the lake.
Good catch!
Nothing wrong with 10 for a nice dinner
Sounds like a good ratio to me. I thought my cranks were going to be hung up until next May also. I pushed minnows (solo 4 poles) Saturday I boated 9 fish, 7 shorts. Got frustrated TM with no wind on lowest setting will only get me down to 1mph, drift master t bar rod holder has me out of tune. If I wasn't watching which particular rod I got bit on I missed the fish, cause they all bump with the setup. The shorts would double the pole, but big fish just give him a slight thumps. So a buddy and I pulled cranks yesterday and it was catching not fishing, never a dull moment couldn't even snack... lol. I'm afraid I might be that guy still pulling cranks in December, it will take some self discipline (or a good trip) to get me back to pushing at .5 mph or so. Daggum cranking is addictive, but only when the poles are bending. Anyways good catch deltarat.. 🖒

Good catch
I was fishing alone as well with 4 poles. I only caught fish in 18 to 23 fow with 125 to 140 feet of line out. Don't think I caught any in 15 to 18 fow. Color didn't seem to matter much.
Ditch the drift masters, and buy spyderlocs..best move you can make. Pull chains or sox on speed...cranking is addictive..for me buying baits is worse...like another hobby!!
Spyderloks won't help his issue, keeping an eye on his poles is all that will do that.
