Thread: The dust has settled

Well folks after a lot of ribbing and smack talking the war is over. The 2016 version of The Clash is in the books. To all you guys that came down and fished with us there is a big Thank You to each of you,. Glad to meet some new faces and seein the old ones again. Hope you got plenty of food cause it was there. turkeyfoot a special Thanks for all the work and trouble helping put this together. It just gets bigger every year. Thanks to those that drove the long road down. Glad ya made it safe and sound. Hope to see ya.ll again soon. Just proves a point that only great folks and good fishermen belong to C.D.C. I know it didnt go as ya'll wanted it but somebody gotta say we didnt win this time. I hope that even with the screw up at weigh in nobody is upset. I will ride the blame for it and say Hey, I am old ! Works for some folks. But you guys didnt lose you just gained some experience for next time. I can only say congrats to everyone that came out and poked fun at us and letting us poke back! Newly you did miss a good one for sure but put it on your schedule for next year! Just to let you know Torrance Creek was dead again this year. We had to move out and go to Little Allison to get a few good one! LOL Hope to see you all soon! Thanks!
