Crappie Wall Hanger II

Hit Big Allison about 8:30 this morning. Armed with minnows & spoons, looking for perch & crappies. Tried several brush piles for crappies but did not get a bite. Moved out on points in 25' & started catching perch. They would not hit the spoons.
Ended up with 25 perch. 12 were medium size, the rest about 4". The small ones will be used for catfish bait.

Charles, thanks for the report. I had a fellow to tell me this morning he wore crappies out on BA yesterday in 18 foot to 25 on the humps slow drifting and adjusting the depth on the slope. How true I don't know but it may be worth a try! Good luck and are coming out tomorrow evening with us at Ebenezer for the Clash?

Not able to be there tomorrow. The larger perch were caught at the mouth of Big Allison in about 25'. All the small perch caught about 1/2 way back in Little Allison & Big Allison.
