    Default Fall fishing & hunting, we all love it!


    With the nights and days beginning to cool off I am looking forward to be able to get back on the lakes and rivers. Been a long hot summer and for me and it hasn't been a good summer for being out in the heat. I know I am looking forward to seeing the fishing reports and for that matter the hunting reports too All stay safe in the field & water and I hope you will post your reports as the fishing and hunting picks up over the next three months of the year.

    Me to stump waiting on cold weather. I am going to Greenwood tomorrow and camp out under the 21 bridge and do nothing but jig fish and get some good practice.

    Don we fish that bridge a lot while kayak fishing and have good luck. Should have been in the kayak last Saturday LOL

    Ronnie,

    I'll bet everyone of us has been waiting for this hot old summer to give way to fall. I expect lots of hungry crappie to fill the coolers of trollers, brush pilers, and every other technique we love using!

    Wasnt it nice this morning (truck said 57* before daylight)! And tomorrow is supposed to start out at 54*....high reaching 80*. LOVING IT!

    This morning feels so good!! Been a long time around here since temps dropped under the 90 mark and this week has been nice. If these temps stay the way they are even Beagler will kill a deer, not sure if he will catch a fish?
