Cave Run report 9-24
Fishing for me on Cave Run has not been as good this summer as summers past. I have caught lots of smaller fish but very few over 10".Finally this week the better fish have stated showing up. We brought home 90 this week in the 10 to 12" range. The better fish have been in 8 to 10' of water and near brush or stumps. Trolling and spider rigging has not been as good for me as it was the past few years. Hopefully the cooler weather will change things. Water temp. was 82 yesterday. I don't fish the main lake very much but have heard they are catching good size fish around the structures the forestry has put in. God bless and safe fishing
