What a difference 3 days can make. The spots that gave 30 fish on Monday gave zero today. Nowhere in the lake where fish to be had. Rode way up the river and not a bite there. Finally caught 4 with 2 being keepers in the SBC. Nobody trying anywhere. River at 3.53' which is a drop of .3' in the last 4 days. The water was just exposing the planks on the wharf at the landing.Got behind the Jean Pierre Cenac with two large loaded oil barges coming down the river and it was kicking up some real stinky brown water from the depths. It wasn't coming from the bottom as it was in 25' to 30' feet of water. While the surface looks nice at some depth it's rotten.
