    You need to cook the red beans on a Monday. Red beans are a Monday meal. And, you need to have a corn bread to go with them. I grew up eating mayonnaise with red beans. Sounds strange but it is good.

    Hey Deacon, I like yellow mustard or catsup on white beans and some times a little Steen's cane syrup. It's all good.
