Thread: Foam cushion for trailer hitch

Sorry Tom, don't know. But I do remember the days when most hitches were that way, but they were made to keep the ball close to the bumpers. S shaped hooks are illegal too now, they must closed off, when hooked up.

Mien too, never heard that was a law. Probably safer, but most I see in SC are S hooks.
