Default Unreal and apparently unused this weekend

Fish cleanin station at Wayne Fitzgerald is...OPEN ! (For now)
Water is on, power/lights on, grinder is disabled .
Double bag your carcasses and dispose in the provided cans.
I've recommended this procedure to COE and state officials for years. I encourage y'all to do the same and we also need to insist that cleanin stations be installed in ALL campgrounds ... we don't need grinders, all we need is water supply , 110v outlets, lighting and a roof. Bag them guts and dispose of property. NO grinder. Bagem, double bagem, put in dumpster... or better yet in yo garden.

Y'all know what's right so speak up, call um, write em,whatever it takes.
    And...it's
$40 bucks now for annual pass good at all COE Lakes, ...but we loose use of half of the ramps at rend in the fall when the Campgrounds close. Not good folks. If I'm paying $40 a year to use ramps that I and other taxpayers have paid for since the 1970s...I / we, oughta be able to use em , when we want under safe conditions.
Best number I know is 618.724.2493. Visitors center and lake HQs.

It's been open all year. I have been telling the guys at Wayne Fitz for years to do the same but the response I always got from the liberal idiots was "if we take the grinders out then people will just put their dead fish in the lake". Well what do they think we were doing with them anyway?? When the guides would clean fish on the parking lot at the Resort after a fishing trip they put the dead fish in buckets and "dispose of them". The owner of the Resort John got the cleaning station open at the beginning of the year.

Grinders are too problematic, and especially cat head intolerant. Then there is the sewer line to maintain. A few good ol wash tubs for the carcasses and maybe a local hog farmer (if there's any left) to pick em up would be beneficial to all.

Why not dump the guts in the lake? They do in Kentucky Lake. It feeds turtles, catfish and other bottom feeders. In Canada we throw the carcasses on Eagle Rock and let the birds, animals clean it up. Next day, everything is gone, it not fifteen minutes later. We got plenty of birds of prey around here, and plenty of fox, coyotes that would clean up the rest.
