    Default Talon 2.0 by *********'s

So about 3 months ago I had a phone conversation with Leonard at Baitjinkys about a bait I envisioned the firefly tail with a large grub body to accommodate a #2 hook for big monster slab crappie! He said what about a sinko type body...I thought....bingo that's it! I feel like the firefly tail is the most innovative shape to come out for crappie in years! Now he put it on a grub body just for me! You talk about customer service this is first class! I drive up to his place to pick it up tomorrow! I can hardly wait! I'm calling it the Talon 2.0!Name: image.jpg

Tour driver, It does indeed not match the 1.75" so it will require a new tail mold.

I know you plastics guys get the first stuff coming out but what happened to getting some crappie size jig head molds.

But aside from that are you going to be able to do 2 tone bodies with that mold??

With all the different sizes in the same style bait I know now why I don't get into plastics!!!!!!!!!!!LOL

Size: 42.8 KB I went to plastisol school today, there is a lot of info out there that just isn't true. I was a essentials kind of guy...but now I'm not so sure, I watched, and witnessed plastisol heated up twice to over 415-25 and stayed clear the jig in the bait is a sample of that plastic heated above 400 degrees and then reheated. Stayed. Crystal clear Plus the price is good too! I watched a master and learned about NOT stirring at certain times, I'm going to reheat this purple batch just to see how long it will last. If your like me you are doing small batches and reheat a bunch. I will now open my closed mind and not only sold on essentials plastisol. Later LB
