    Default Prop repair

I just changed out an aluminum prop on my 50 Merc..would like to have it reworked for a spare..who can do the work? Cost? A new aluminum would be a little over $100

Not for sure, but I don't think there is much you can do with a bent up aluminum prop.

I just had mine repaired on my 40 Yamaha. Dinged up 2 blades. Can't tell it from a new one, but it cost me $60.
I also bought a SS Solas prop from Iboats and relegated the aluminum one to a spare.

It's north of town by the industrial park. I've taken 2 aluminum props there for my 25. They were bent from stumps. Charged around 30 bucks. I got a spare one now. He does great work.
