Looks like a ruby head paint job, don't have a lot of yellow hackle left so I'd use fibers from mallard flank but what's the red color string? crystal flash??

I have a little kip tails jig I tied mostly for some guys in Louisiana and each one always had a strip of Red floss. I actually got that from the jigs they sent me wanting to know if I could make them as the guy they had been getting them from was not tying any longer. So I got the head made and then just used the ones they sent as my guide and that just meant a kip tail jig with a Red strip of floss. There are time on my personal Roadrunners in spring I will add a strip of Red Holographic flash in-between the Silver or Gold flash I put on the sides. I also did one with a Pink head and then I use American Possum for the tail and I like it a lot! Kip tail jigs pic below.
