    Default Fall brim

Mostly wrapped up in hunting in the fall and winter months. How is the fishing during this time?

Was in your boat about 4 years back lol. Hunting season started and fishing stopped....until someone took me for a fall river trip...SON!!! Never looked back and hunting has suffered due to it. They put the feed bag on and run with the bait fish up into the rivers. Try it and you'll be hooked.

plus little to no other boat traffic during the winter.

Where do you find them in Fall? Shallow or deep. Or near spawning areas. Thanks

The answer can be all 3 places. They will move back up shallow in the fall.....but you can also find them deep and many times adjacent to spawning areas.

wilbur Oct and early Nov head back up your major feeder creaks into the lake. Bait fish will run far back in them, was in shallow water next to any stickup you can see. BG monkey milk did real good for me up there on a lite wire 1/16 head. Needed the lite wire hook for the snags.

You our will see them staging up at the mouth in deeper water on your SI before this but Oct and Nov while they have the feed bag on is a great time to be on the water.

Good of luck and hope it helps
